Worcestershire sauce

non-fat Greek yogurt

mayonnaise

cream cheese

Instructions
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and stir to coat in the butter.
Stir in the salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions have caramelized.
Stir in the mustard powder and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and cream cheese until evenly combined. Mix in the onions.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. It's best to chill this dip overnight for the best flavor.
Serve the dip cold or at room temperature with crackers, chips, and/or veggies for dipping.
