Ingredients

  • 3 apricots pit removed, rough chopped
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp mustard powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • puree the apricots, water and vinegar together
  • strain the puree into a medium sauce pan
  • stir the remaining ingredients into the puree and place over medium heat
  • simmer for 15 to 30 min
  • remove from heat and refrigerate until ready to use
