Ingredients
10-12ounceschickenshredded (I use the meat from 1 whole rotisserie)
1cuphummus
½cupsliced cucumber
½cupcherry tomatoeshalved
¼cupsliced black olives
2tablespoonsfreshly chopped chives

Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate in an airtight container for 5-7 days.
