Raspberries with Almond Cream
Raspberries with Almond Cream is a simple dessert that can be made ahead of time and is light and refreshing! Perfect for summer!

Ingredients
4
oz.
cream cheese
softened
½
C
powdered sugar
1
tsp
almond extract
1
C
whipping cream
2
C
fresh raspberries
mint for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl beat together cream cheese, sugar and almond extract until smooth.
While beating, pour in cream.
Keep beating until completely incorporated.
Cover mixture and refrigerate overnight or at least six hours.
Fill the bottom of your dessert dish with berries.
Fill with cream.
Top with more berries.
