Chunky Guacamole Salad

CHUNKY GUACAMOLE SALAD has all the flavor of guacamole but in big amazing chunks. Serve as a salad or top your tacos with it and you will be the happiest!

Ingredients

  • 3 avocado cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup cilantro roughly chopped
  • 3 to matoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup purple onion chopped and soaked in cold water
  • juice of 1 lime
  • salt to taste
