Ingredients

banana
1
cup
coconut milk
1
cup
chopped pineapple
6
ounces
light rum
optional
Fresh mint for garnish
Gold sanding sugar
for garnish if desired
Instructions
in a blender, blend banana, coconut milk, pineapple, and rum. Pulse until completely pureed and smooth.
Rim the glass with water and dip into sanding sugar (if desired). Pour cocktail into your martini glass, and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
