Servings 12 muffins
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. real bacon bits
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese and bacon bits.
Pour mixture into 12 muffins cups.
Bake for 25 minutes or until muffins are set in the middle.
