Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. real bacon bits

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese and bacon bits.
  • Pour mixture into 12 muffins cups.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until muffins are set in the middle.
