Ingredients

  • 3 cups cherry juice
  • 1/4 cup chocolate liqueur {I used a clear one rather than the creamy kind}
  • Quick hardening chocolate ice cream topping such as Magic Shell
  • Popsicle mold
  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions

  • In a large measuring cup, combine the juice and liqueur
  • Pour into popsicle molds {as directed for your particular molds}
  • Place in the freeze until frozen, which can take several hours
  • Remove from molds and either dip in a blow of the Magic Shell, or drizzle it onto the popsicles
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the chocolate liqueur from the recipe.
