Caramel Bourbon Root Beer Floats

Boozy root beer floats with a shot of bourbon and a drizzle of caramel!

  • 1 shot 1.5 oz of bourbon
  • 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 can 12 oz of root beer
  • caramel sauce to drizzle


  • Place bourbon and ice cream in the bottom of a large cup.
  • Pour the root beer over (you may not need the entire can, add to your tastes)
  • Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve immediately
