Spinach Dip Stuffed Mushrooms
Spinach Dip Stuffed Mushrooms combine two classic flavors into one delicious appetizer! This simple, bite-sized recipe is perfect for holiday entertaining!
- 12 large baby portobello mushrooms stems removed
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 c. prepared spinach dip
- 1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 c. panko bread crumbs
Brush mushroom tops with olive oil. Place top-down on baking sheet.
Fill each mushroom with 1 Tbsp. spinach dip, 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 tsp. bread crumbs.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
