Balsamic Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Serve a few or serve a crowd with these simple and delicious Balsamic Chicken Salad Sandwiches!

- 1 lb Grilled Chicken Breast cubed
- 1 Large Granny Smith Apple cubed
- 1 C Dried Cranberries
- 3/4 C Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 3/4 C Honey-Glazed Walnuts
- 1/2 Small Red Onion fine diced
- 1/2 C Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- Kosher Salt to taste
- Cracked Pepper to taste
- 8 Pretzel Rolls
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, apples, cranberries, feta, walnuts, and red onion. Set aside.
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Pour the dressing into the larger bowl and mix thoroughly to combine. Divide between pretzel rolls and serve immediately.
