Ingredients

  • 12.7 oz. bag Birds Eye® Protein Blend Southwest Style
  • 1 head of butter lettuce leaves peeled off, washed and dried
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes diced*
  • 1 avocado diced*

Instructions

  • Cook Style Birds Eye® Protein Blend Southwest Style according to package directions
  • Lay lettuce leaves on serving dish
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of Birds Eye® Protein Blends Southwest Style into each lettuce leaf
  • If garnishing, top with tomatoes and avocado
  • Enjoy!
