Ingredients
Grilled Artichokes
2
artichokes
½
lemon
2
tsp
olive oil
Honey Sriracha Dipping Sauce
1
cup
mayo
3
tbsp
sriracha
1
tbsp
honey
1
tsp
salt
1
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
onion powder
Instructions
Grilled Artichokes
cut the tips of each of the artichoke leaves
cut the artichokes in quarters
drizzle with lemon juice
using a spoon remove the choke in the center of the artichoke
steam the artichokes for 30-45 minutes until the stem is tender
remove and place face up on a baking dish or plate
drizzle with olive oil
place face down on a grill heated to medium high heat
cover the grill and cook for 5-10 minutes
Honey Sriracha Dipping Sauce
mix all ingredients in a small bowl
dip the artichoke leaves in or top your hot dog with the sauce
