Blueberry Cobbler

Sweet batter topped with vibrant blueberries make this easy blueberry cobbler perfect for any breakfast or brunch!

  • 2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar divided
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk


  • Combine blueberries and 1/2 cup sugar in a small bowl; set aside
  • Lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish; set aside
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and 1/2 cup of the sugar; set aside
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt
  • Add flour mixture to butter mixture and begin to mix
  • Add milk while flour mixture is blending with butter mixture; combine until a thick batter forms
  • Spread batter in baking dish
  • Spread blueberries on top of batter and bake in a 375 degree oven for 40-45 minutes
  • Allow to cool 15 minutes before serving
