Did you know you can make the super popular Pumpkin Spice Latte in the crock pot? That's right! This super delicious and simple recipe for the classic fall drink can be made in your slow cooker right at home. Perfect for parties, brunches and coffee dates with friends!
In the slow cooker, add the milk, half and half and coffee. Stir.
In a bowl, combine the sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, ground cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir together well and add to the slow cooker with the rest of the liquids. Stir together well. Add the cinnamon sticks.
Cover the slow cooker with lid. Simmer on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream, nutmeg and cinnamon sticks.
Notes
For the coffee, you can use cold brew coffee, which works well. Flavored coffee, like vanilla or an autumn blend would very flavorful as well.
