Crock Pot Chili with Chicken
An easy dinner to throw together on a cold day.
Servings 8 servings
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 medium carrots - diced
- 2 celery stalks - diced
- 1/4 white onion - diced
- 15 oz can black beans
- 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 15 oz can dark kidney beans
- 15 oz can pinto beans
- 15 oz can white beans
- 1 package mild chili seasoning mix
Place chicken in the crock pot.
Cover with carrots, celery, and onion.
Add cans of beans and tomatoes DO NOT DRAIN
Add chili seasoning and mix together.
Cook on High for 4 hours or low for 6-8 (until chicken is cooked)
Remove chicken and shred or chop.
Put chicken back into crockpot to serve.
