Ingredients
1cupmilk
1cuphalf-and-half
3ouncesbittersweet or dark chocolatefinely chopped
1-2ouncescoconut rum
whipped cream
Instructions
In small saucepan over medium heat, heat milk and half-and-half until milk is almost to the boiling point. When milk starts to coat the bottom of the pan, you'll know its done.
Remove from heat and add chocolate and rum. Stir until fully melted.
