Ingredients

red onion

brown sugar

balsamic vinegar

pre-made naan flatbreads

pulled pork
1/2-3/4

BBQ sauce

shredded Monterey Jack cheese

sliced red onion
Cilantro
Instructions
Slice your red onions thinly and add to saute pan with your oil and cook on medium high until translucent and soft.
Add in the brown sugar and stir until melted in.
Add the balsamic vinegar and reduce heat to low stirring every so often for about 30 minutes until onions reduce and caramelize, remove from stove.
Preheat your oven to 350.
Add your naan to a sheet pan and top with BBQ sauce.
Sprinkle your pulled pork on top along with your caramelized onions.
Top with your cheese and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Top with sliced red onion and cilantro.
