Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats optional
  • 1 cup carrots cooked and cool if you want extra smooth and don't have a high-powered blender
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Ice optional

Instructions

  • Place oats in a blender and grind to a fine powder. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
