Caramel Apple Cheesecake Salad
Light, fluffy and creamy this Caramel Apple Cheesecake Salad is a yummy Fall dessert that is the perfect end to any meal!

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened 2 packages
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-1 1/2 cup caramel sauce more for drizzling
- 2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 21 oz apple pie filling 1 can
- 1 9" graham cracker pie crust, broken into pieces
In a large bowl beat together your cream cheese, powdered sugar, and caramel sauce until creamy.
Add in your whipping cream and beat on high for about 5 minutes or until thickened and fluffy.
Stir in your apple pie filling until combined.
Refrigerate for about 2-3 hours until thickened.
Before serving fold in your graham cracker pie pieces.
Drizzle with extra caramel sauce if desired.
