Ingredients

simple syrup

ounces
bourbon whiskey
¼
of a lemon

or 4 fresh mint leaves
plus more for garnishing
Instructions
In a mixing glass, combine the lemon, simple syrup, and mint leaves.
Muddle together.
Add Bourbon and shake with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice and garnish with mint leaves.
