Baked French Toast with Fruit
The make ahead french toast with fruit is so delicious and perfect for busy holiday mornings because it is made the night before.

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 large french bread torn or cut into bite sized pieces
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 5 c sliced peaches, fresh or frozen
  • 6 T brown sugar
  • 1/2 t ground cinnamon
  1. Spray a 9 by 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray
  2. arrange the bread in a single layer in the baking pan
  3. whisk together the eggs, egg whites, milk, vanilla and pour over bread
  4. in medium bowl, toss fruit with half of the brown sugar mixture
  5. arrange the fruit on top of the bread mixture in an even layer
  6. sprinkle the remaining brown sugar over everything
  7. cover and let sit in the fridge overnight
  8. remove from the fridge and remove cover
  9. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  10. bake for 45 minutes and enjoy!
