Back in July, I wrote a post looking for women who were interested in participating in a 3 day cleanse test group. Well, the results are in! Two of the ladies from our group, Rachel and Jaime, were kind enough to share photos of their results so that you could see how it went!
To give you some background, the 3 Day Refresh is a cleanse that you do for 3 days. Unlike a lot of cleanses out there though, you are allowed to eat with the 3 Day Refresh. There are several options for both lunch and dinner, all vegetarian, to go with the protein shakes and other supplements you use.
Here’s what our ladies ate/drank for each of the 3 days:
- Breakfast: Shakeology and fruit
- Mid-Morning: Fiber Sweep drink
- Lunch: Vanilla Fresh protein shake and a lunch meal option
- Mid-Afternoon: Veggie option
- Dinner: Vanilla Fresh protein shake and a dinner meal option
- Herbal tea as desired
- Lots of water!
